The Farmers & Crafts Markets of Las Cruces features hundreds of vendors selling locally made food, crafts, and produce. From southwest inspired art to chile-infused foods and live music, the market is family-friendly and offers visitors an opportunity to experience the people and culture of the Mesilla Valley. ​

All of the goods sold by our vendors are hand-made and local. Everything from the jewelers and metalwork to the paintings and fiber, art, has been produced in Doña Ana County. We take pride in our large supply of local artists and craftspeople. If you are looking for something to remind you of the beautiful landscape or our rich culture, you can find it at the market.

 The Mesilla Valley has a rich farming tradition that is on display at the market. We have a steady supply of local produce growers offering a range of products, including organic and gluten-free options. We also have a large supply of prepared food vendors serving everything from traditional New Mexican food to homemade kombucha! So whether it’s breakfast while you stroll or lunch before heading home, the market has something for every taste.

The Fountain Hills Festival of Arts is widely recognized as one of the premier arts events in the Southwest, consistently drawing tens of thousands of visitors to the heart of Fountain Hills each year. Surrounded by stunning desert views and one of the world’s tallest fountains, the event continues to be a celebrated tradition for artists, collectors, and art lovers alike.

Anybody who has had it will tell you that New Mexican cuisine is a palate pleaser unlike any other, which is what HomeGrown is all about. Not to be confused with the fare from our neighbors over the southern border, New Mexico’s blend of chiles, vegetables and spices introduced by different cultures has a flavor all its own. Over the years, HomeGrown has become a great opportunity to sample and shop for New Mexico’s award-winning food products. The New Mexico Farm & Ranch Heritage Museum presents its 9th annual HomeGrown Food Show and Gift Market, November 22 – 23, 2025.

Co-sponsored by the New Mexico Department of Agriculture, HomeGrown is a great way to support local farmers and businesses. And because it takes place at the beginning of the holiday season, New Mexico food products and crafts make perfect gifts and holiday snacks to share with family and friends.
