3 C Toasted Pecans
1/2 C Pecan Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 T Honey
DIRECTIONS:
- In a 375 Degree oven toast 3 Cups of pecans for approximately 5 minutes.
- Put toasted pecans into a food processor with 1/4 C of Pecan oil or another light tasting oil.
- Blend for 1 minute, stopping once and a while to scrap down the sides.
- Add 1/4 C more of Pecan oil and blend for another 3 minutes, scraping the sides like before.
- Once it is the consistency of peanut butter, add the rest of the ingredients. Blend until combined.
- Eat right away or place in a container in the fridge until use. Will last several weeks refrigerated and doesn't get hard when it is cold.
