The Farmers & Crafts Markets of Las Cruces features hundreds of vendors selling locally made food, crafts, and produce. From southwest inspired art to chile-infused foods and live music, the market is family-friendly and offers visitors an opportunity to experience the people and culture of the Mesilla Valley.
All of the goods sold by our vendors are hand-made and local. Everything from the jewelers and metalwork to the paintings and fiber, art, has been produced in Doña Ana County. We take pride in our large supply of local artists and craftspeople. If you are looking for something to remind you of the beautiful landscape or our rich culture, you can find it at the market.
The Mesilla Valley has a rich farming tradition that is on display at the market. We have a steady supply of local produce growers offering a range of products, including organic and gluten-free options. We also have a large supply of prepared food vendors serving everything from traditional New Mexican food to homemade kombucha! So whether it’s breakfast while you stroll or lunch before heading home, the market has something for every taste.

The Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta is a yearly hot air balloon festival that takes place in Albuquerque, New Mexico, during early October. The Balloon Fiesta is a nine-day event occurring in the first full week of October, and has over 500hot air balloons each year, far from its beginnings of merely 13 balloons in 1972. The event is the largest balloon festival in the world, followed by the Grand Est Mondial Air in France, and the León International Balloon Festival in Mexico.

Come out for the 2024 Apple Festival for apple-picking, apple pie, and apple cider! Over 20 food and snack vendors, more than 85 arts and crafts vendors! Live music from different bands each day! An annual tradition, the Apple Festival celebrates the more than 100-year history of apples grown in the Sacramento Mountains. Nichols Ranch and Orchards invites you to enjoy breathtaking views of the Tularosa Basin including White Sands National Park, mountain fresh air, and a fun-filled experience that your family will remember for years to come.

AspenFest is kicked off with a 10:00 AM parade through Midtown, immediately followed by fun, food, music, and drinks at Wingfield Park. Don't miss Ruidoso's favorite fall celebration.
Celebrate Autumn in Ruidoso with a weekend of cool cars, hot chile, and a festive parade! AspenFest, Ruidoso’s annual fall celebration on the first weekend in October, allows residents and visitors alike to participate in the celebration of our caring community, the cool crispness of the coming fall, and the beauty that is Ruidoso.
Enjoy wine, craft beer, or spirits by the glass while shopping with local vendors, who offer handmade goodies such as gourmet chocolate and candies, handmade crafts, and specialty items for purchase.

The Downtown Growers' Market (DGM) is the longest running growers’ market in the city!
DGM was founded by a group of farmers organizing themselves to come together to sell locally grown produce. The original location was outside of Downtown in a lot at Caravan East. In 1996 the market was moved to Robinson Park with farmers lining up along Copper Ave. Over the years the market has grown, adding management, music, artisans, yoga and new energy into the market we see today.Growth and providing local food to the city is thanks to our vibrant and supportive community.The Market is a program of the DowntownABQ Main Street Initiative.
